mems传感器专家,曾任比利时imec公司研究员,美国凯斯西储大学客座研究员,1999年至今美国goodrich公司任职,拥有丰富的科学和技术研究经验,担任过多项产品项目研发负责人。25年来主要从事mems传感器产品开发,特别是对mems加速度传感器,高温高精度压力传感器以及mems陀螺仪等mems产品积累了丰富的第一手经验和较全面的技术资料,拥有十多项美国专利,在国内外著名杂志和国际会议上发表论文三十余篇

 
high performance mems inertial sensing technology and its applications

high-performance motion sensing is gaining interest in many industries, mostly thanks to therecent developmentsin mems accelerometer and gyroscope technology. after giving an introduction on mems motionsensing technology(accelerometer and gyroscope) and its applications, this talk will focus on high performance mems accelerometer technologies. the detection system based on mems accelerometer is small in size, light in weight, haslow power consumptionand low cost, and can work under severe circumstances for many different applications. four major applications including seismic, inertial, tilt and vibration based on mems accelerometers will be described.  finally, status of developments worldwide, global market shareon high performance mems accelerometer will be presented.
